Does anyone know about the Wistron UMD-RT01 radar sensors (warning: PDF link)?
There are several aftermarket blind spot detectors, but most of them use ultrasonic transducers, and none of the others have RCTA functionality. This also has 'lane change assist', which I assume is used to detect vehicles that are not actually in the blind spot collision zone but are approaching from behind.
Has anyone seen these or know where to buy? It seems like it would be a great upgrade modification, especially for someone who does primarily highway driving.
